After reading a couple reviews on the Medicare website I was nervous of my brother staying at Ashland Post Acute. THOSE REVIEWS WERE WRONG! The staff is attentive, caring, professional and willing to help. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by the guy at the front desk, Hector. He’s kind and goes out of his way to help me. When I’m in my brother’s room, the really caring CNA Veronica comes by and checks on him and me. Then Christina the knowledgeable and kind nurse, updates me on what’s going on and asks if my brother or I need anything and Tess called me to see if she can help answer any questions. My brother seems happy being at Ashland Post Acute. My family appreciates the excellent care and customer care you’re all providing.
Staff are very attentive, friendly & engaging. I have lunch with my aunt 2 times a week and the meals are tasty! A big shout out to Tess the activities coordinator, always something going on to keep the residents happy! Constant stream of therapists helping folks progress physically, getting them where they need to be. It’s a busy place, we like it!
My mother just completed two months of rehab after her fall. She is now moving around better than before her fall. Thanks to the rehab team! But there are some outstanding support folks that I would like to call out, Hector is the first person you see when you come in his smile and willingness to help you and awesome attitude and demeanor is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much. Taylor one of my mom’s aids is the best she made a connection with my mom that my mom wanted to take her home. Thier are many more caring folks that helped make her stay the best under the circumstances. Thank you all so much!
Peace of mind. My dad who needed rehabilitation after a hospitalization was admitted to Ashland Post Acute. When I leave after a visit, I know he will be well cared for. The staff are kind and friendly, and the facility is clean and inviting. He enjoys their puzzles, activities, garden area and food. I highly recommend them.
A very supportive place to be and they’ve met all my needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs healing.

Caring, kind staff. However, understaffed after 5pm to about 8 or 9pm. You need full nursing and assistants during those hours.
